How long until my order arrives?

Allow 2–7 business days for printing, then roughly 3–8 business days for delivery in Australia and 7–20 internationally. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.

Why does it take longer than other shops?

Nothing is pre-printed and sitting in a warehouse. Your item is made once you order it, which cuts out overproduction and waste. It costs a few extra days.

What size should I get?

Every apparel product page has a size guide with measurements. The tees fit true to size. The hoodie runs small — order a size up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to New Zealand and over 25 countries including the UK, Ireland, Canada, the US, Japan, Singapore and most of Europe. Local duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone to print yet we can usually fix it. Once it's printed, we can't.

What if it turns up damaged or wrong?

Email mining.media.org@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll organise a replacement or a refund.

Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?

Because everything is made to order, we can't take change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Check the size guide before you order.

How do I look after the print?

Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Skip the fabric softener, tumble dry low or hang it, and don't iron directly over the print. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Will the stickers survive on site?

They're durable vinyl, water and weather resistant. Clean and dry the surface before applying and they'll hold up on hard hats, toolboxes, eskies and utes.

Do you do bulk or crew orders?
