Shipping & Returns
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. That adds a few days up front, but it means nothing gets overproduced and thrown out.
How long it takes
Production: 2–7 business days, depending on the item. Stickers and mugs are quick; apparel and embroidery take a little longer.
Delivery: once it's dispatched, allow roughly 3–8 business days within Australia and 7–20 business days internationally. Remote and regional addresses can take longer.
Ordering a few different items? They may be printed at different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what's in your cart. The exact amount is shown before you pay — no surprises after the fact.
Where we ship
Australia, New Zealand, and over 25 countries including the UK, Ireland, Canada, the US, Japan, Singapore and most of Europe. International orders may attract local duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as it ships. If the tracking hasn't moved after a few days, that's normal — it usually updates once it hits the courier network.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, email mining.media.org@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort a replacement or a refund. No need to send the item back unless we ask.
Change of mind
Because everything is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges just because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Check the size guide on the product page before you buy — and note the hoodie runs small, so size up.
Wrong address
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll get in touch to arrange a reshipment. The reshipping cost is on the customer.
Cancellations and changes
Get in touch as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone to print yet we can usually change or cancel it. Once it's printed, it's printed.
